COMMERCIAL PLANNING SPECIALIST JOB PURPOSE/ROLE We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Commercial Planning Specialist.

The candidate will play a key role in supporting both internal and external commercial networks by implementing various activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design and development of commercial initiatives Data analysis Design commercial initiatives KPI Monitoring Drafting initiative rules (contest, commercial campaign, etc…) Cost Budgeting Support in commercial budgeting and forecasting Support in budget monitoring Development and Implementation of Business Meetings with the Network of Agents Annual planning of meetings with the agency network Defining the event concept Collaborate with the Events Office to define logistical aspects Drafting the lineup and content for speakers Managing Agency requests for Commercial Initiatives Ensuring compliance with corporate brand guidelines for logo use Analyzing requests Sharing information with Territorial Management regarding the opportunity of the initiative Preparing any required supporting materials Creation of Support Materials for Agencies Working closely with marketing and communication teams to create and update commercial materials (brochure, conversation starter ecc) Managing branding elements (window stickers, signs, plaques) KEY REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing or a related field Proven experience of at least 2-3 years in similar roles, preferably in the insurance or financial sector Experience in international contexts would be a plus Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail Good understanding of the specific priorities in the retail business and the marketing support required Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken) 66319 | Sales & Distribution | Professional | Allianz Italy | Full-Time | Permanent Allianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
