**Your Challenge

In particular he/ she will handle the project throughout the project Life Cycle, by:

- Supporting the PM in managing and optimizing targeted financial results with due professional care (e. g.

project gross profit, cash flow, assets and financing instruments)

- Driving the review and evaluation of the contract conditions incl.

all attachments, ensures examination by Legal

- Ensuring accurate methodology for identifying, evaluating, assessing risks & opportunities, strategies and response activities

And will handle Project Finances by:

- Ensuring the exactitude of cost and pricing calculation as well as overall project books and records, incl.

recording of such in appropriate systems, e. g.

SAP

- Performing applicable requirements for month-end activities

- Preparing commercial documentation for regular project status meetings and ensures the precision of the commercial project data (i. e.

FC, cash flow)

- Guaranteeing compliance with Siemens FRG, IFRS and local GAAP requirements

Identifying, minimizing non-conformance costs, and establishes an appropriate reporting structure

- Being flexible and eager to work for lots of mid/small size projects and setting priorities

- The ability to handle a wide projects' portfolio as well as to interpret and complete contracts (customer and supplier) terms and conditions.

- Controlling and forecasting for the projects' portfolio in his/her sphere of responsibility

**What you need to bring with you**:

- BS/BA or Master degree (Finance, Accounting, Management Engineering)

- SAP and MS Office experience and knowledge

- Skills to work optimally in a collaborative environment, ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure to meet time constraints

- Consistent experience in related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above.

- Proficiency in Italian and English language, preferred knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese

- Siemens CPM Certification and Siemens 'C' category Project management experience as a plus
