Role Purpose:To manage all the special projects related to the Merchant Department, which manages the entire network of stores offering services such as Meal and Gift Vouchers, by coordinating with other functions to define the best implementation strategy.
He/She is able to achieve the final result in accordance with the timing of the individual project plan and the KPIs established from time to time.
He/She is personally involved in achieving both qualitative (process optimization) and quantitative (numerical merchant network) objectives for the entire department. Business Responsibilities:To support the strategic planning of merchant campaigns and develop an implementation plan on a semi-annual or annual basis, and to be the main point of contact between departments regarding internal or global merchant projects, testing intermediate developments and being responsible for their deployment until the Go to Market phase. He/She is the department's reference point for optimizing internal procedures and developing new processes, both commercial and operational.
Collaborates with sales and marketing teams to simplify, optimize, eliminate, and/or automate manual or inefficient processes;To maintain CRM (Salesforce) data: Manages sales process records, dashboards, workflows, best practices, and KPIs, taking care of necessary optimizations and/or developments first;To build a process to efficiently route incoming leads to the merchant sales side, measuring reaction time and generating dedicated management reports. Operationally manages the "push" & "pull" campaigns by coordinating the suppliers involved and supervising the results in progress.
Monitors the progress of each campaign by collecting the results within Dashboards created ad hoc;To support management in verifying legal and regulatory aspects of the merchant department, taking direct responsibility for contractual amendments. Administrative and Operational Responsibilities:To manage supplier orders by completing the payment flow through the administrative management, in accordance with the department budget;To collect the necessary documentation (ex contractual) to activate a new partner;To manage utilities in Salesforce for the entire merchants department. Reporting to: Pre-Sales Merchants ManagerDirect Reports: N/AExperience: 3/5 years in the roleEducation: Bachelor's Degree: Management Engineering, Economics, or related fieldsTechnical Competencies:Basic skills in the analysis process (database and lists)CRM tools expert (Salesforce & Dynamics)Excellent knowledge of the merchant business process (managing existing affiliates, new affiliation)Knowledge of basic concepts for the management of public tenders (specifications, criminal management, delivery times)Soft Competencies:Ability to make right and timely decisions that allow the organization to move forward;Ability to work across teams by adapting their skills;Ability to learn through experimentation when facing new problems;Project management;Ability to innovate;Ability to independently manage the tasks involved.
