Job Description You will join the Commercial Real Estate Asset Management unit as an intern, which is responsible for market sourcing activities, underwriting, and managing real estate investment opportunities.

You will support the creation of valuation analyses and business plans for managed positions.

You will be involved in creating reports and presentations, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, ensuring the proper execution of activities, the quality of output, and adherence to deadlines.

Requirements Degree in EconomicsMaster's in Real Estate is preferredInterest in the real estate marketTeamwork and problem-solving skillsExcellent analytical and organizational skillsExcellent knowledge of the Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)Fluent in EnglishSalary Gross monthly allowance of € 700.
