DocPlanner was founded in 2012 in Poland.
Our team now numbers 1, 500 people based across offices in Warsaw, Barcelona, Istanbul, Rome, Mexico City, Curitiba and Bologna.
It is backed by leading venture capital funds including Point Nine Capital, Goldman Sachs Private Capital and One Peak Partners, raising a total of €130 million to date.

We are looking for a Rome based Commercial Excellence Director who will be responsible for driving commercial and business excellence by the design, planning and implementation of commercial processes, projects and initiatives to maximize top and bottom line results.
This role will be the first member of the sales excellence team that we plan to launch for all our business segment and therefore there a plenty of growing opportunities
He/she will actively work to improve processes through analyses and make recommendations around business execution to the Country Manager, as well as track the sales performance.
**Responsibilities
- Support and advice the Country Manager in:
- Driving "commercial and operational excellence" within the enterprise channel, roll out of key processes to become excellent, like and not limited to Sales performance Mgmt and organisational setup review;
- shaping the most effective field tactics and initiatives
- Carry out reports on marketing and sales data (sales, competitors, market and sales force activity) that will allow correct tracking, analysis and adjustment of commercial activity
- Process and statistical treatment of sales data.
Generate accurate sales reports according to indications.
- Tracking of competitors and market sales data verifying their reliability and drawing up the necessary aggregate analysis (market, area, products, etc. )
in accordance with the agreed specifications
- Take an active role in developing a strong customer pipeline (funnel; lead generation and management).
- Developing and implementing, together with the Sales and Marketing department, of different marketing & sales projects in line with the strategic imperatives of the organization.
- Lead enterprise team leaders to become more effective coaches to their sellers resulting in increased individual and team capability, employee satisfaction and collaborative selling efforts

**So if you have**:
- 3-5 years+ experience, matured within a sales B2B contest
- Experience in Business transformation program (related to Commercial Excellence and/or Operations Excellence area)
- Experience in Project Management
- Ability to
- work collaboratively in a team environment at all level in the organization
- communicate complex ideas effectively - both verbally and in written
- understand business demands and constraints
- use BI tools and reporting tools
- express new trends and ideas to management
- predict trend and try to know more from data
- understand data architecture and integration issues
- enable and coach new hired/current sales
- Knowledge of CRM systems and principles (SalesForce and Hubspot as a plus)
- Fluency in English language, written and speaking.
- Commercial experience, responsible for sales targets and leading commercial teams
- Experience in strategic decision support, market forecasting, performance tracking and marketing analytics are desired
- Consistent track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals
- Bachelor Degree
- MBA or consultancy firm experience is a plus
