We are looking for a Commercial Sales Manager, to be hired **with a permanent contract, ** for its premises in **Milan.
He / she will be responsible for the managing all financial topics throughout the whole sales/bid process as well as for the preparation and negotiation of the financial terms and conditions with the Customer within the Smart Infrastructure Grid Software Italy Business Unit.

**Your Challenge
- Support to create and implement the commercial offer strategy
- Define Business Model based on business, customer and tax regulations
- Support the developing draft of risk and opportunity overview
- Handle all commercial aspects of the bid: contract analysis, cost calculation, cashflow projections, business models, financing concepts, currency, hedging, risks and opportunities, bonds, terms of payment, credit rating, insurances, export control, compliance etc.
- Manage his/ her area of responsibility with key external and internal project collaborators, i. e.
customers, consortium partners, Management, CF, Legal, SFS, Insurance, Taxes, etc.
- Manage external commercial bid documents, e. g.
bid bonds, power of attorney, certifications, legalizations and other, customer specific documents
- Prepare, present and obtain commercial sales/bid process approvals (i. e.
LoA) and respective quality gates
- Participate in negotiation of commercial customer T&Cs and consortium contracts with the applicable guidelines, and, in coordination with the relevant departments (e. g.
Legal, SFS, Insurance, Taxes, etc.
)
- Ensure correctness of appropriate approvals in accordance with actual negotiations
- Support Business Partner process
In medium/long-term he/she will:
- Handle all financial and commercial activities during project acquisition
- Control and forecast bid budget
- Provide lessons learned on a contractually and financially comparable project basis
- Support optimization of sales/bid processes based on lessons learned
**What you need to bring with you**:
- Consistent experience in a commercial role
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with contract law, invoicing milestones, payments terms and securities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced transaction driven business
- Flexibility and proven track record to multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Assertiveness and ability to convince: uses appropriate influence strategies to gain genuine agreement, persists by using different approaches as needed to gain commitment, explains how conclusions were reached so others will understand decisions and support them
- Ability to deal confidently and build strong relationships with senior business colleagues (networking capacity)
- Knowledge or capability to quickly learn the relevant portfolio of the area of competence
- Team-playing capacity as well as analytical, professional, proactive and intercultural skills
- Preferred accounting and SAP knowledge;
- Fluent italian and english, spanish is a plus
