MISSIONAs aCommercial Training Designerwithin theMaserati Academy, you will be based at Maserati's headquarters in Modena and focus ondesigning impactful product training programsfor ourglobal retail network.
Your role is essential in ensuring that commercial teams are well-prepared for new product launches and align with Maserati's commitment toexceptional customer service. By creatinginnovative learning solutions, you will support Maserati'snew product offensive, enhancedealership readiness, and contribute to the company's goal of leading in both productexcellenceandcustomer experienceacross the globe. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESDesign and managethe development ofcommercial training programsto meet the needs of Maserati'sglobal retail network. Collaborate with internal stakeholdersacross various departments to ensure training content aligns with business goals and product strategies. Oversee the management and adaptationof translated content to ensure consistency and clarity across all markets. Continuously update and enhance existing training materials, ensuring relevance and accuracy as products and services evolve. Monitor and oversee course publicationon the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring timely and effective delivery to commercial teams. Support and coordinatetraining instructors at Maserati's regional training centers, providing guidance and ensuring alignment with corporate training standards. REQUIREMENTSExcellent knowledge of Maserati products and strongunderstanding of the global automotive retail business. Passion for carsand staying up to date with the latest trends in technology, market developments, and customer needs. Copywritingskills with the ability to create engaging content across various media. Exceptionalattention to detail, organization, andprecisionin work. Commercial mindsetwith acustomer-focused approach. Undergraduate degree (preferably in Automotive Engineering or Communications). Experience as an automotive journalist, in creating media assets (photography/videomaking), or in automotive retail training is a plus. Proficiency inEnglishandItalian, including automotive terminology; knowledge of additionallanguages (German, French, Spanish) is a plus. StrongIT skills, including MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
Experience with Cornerstone LMS and Articulate Storyline is a plus. Excellentpresentation, communication, and leadership skills. Customer-centric mindsetand the ability to work well within a team. Willingness to travel both in Italy and abroad for short periods.
