Who we are looking for

Lead and develop an existing Commercial Vehicle Conversion program for a global vehicle manufacturer.

You will be responsible for managing and identifying Converters to support manufacturer growth in the conversion market and manage.

**Duties & Responsibilities

- Support and maintain relationships with existing converters;

- Identify new converters for conversion of the National Sales Company's Commercial Vehicle product;

- Manage and develop relationship with Converters;

- Present overview of the National Sales Company's base vehicles for conversion;

- Increase the number of the National Sales Company's platform vehicles for conversion;

- Provide guidance and liaison in the development of new conversions including special vehicle option support;

- Increase the number of the National Sales Company's accredited Qualified Vehicle Modifiers;

- Identify Converters who have regional capability (beyond their domestic market);

- Identify cost savings on donor vehicles such as parts which are disposed/redundant through conversion;

- Develop Converter growth strategies looking at individual vocations and/or Fleet customers;

- Facilitate integrated marketing communications;

- Language skills: Italian and English.

**Requirements**:

- Experience of Medium Commercial Vehicle and Converter industry essential;

- Sound knowledge of the Commercial Vehicle market and understanding of customer needs;

- Good knowledge of dealer operations;

- Consulting experience preferred;

- Flexibility;

- Ability to form and develop new relationships;

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

- Good presentation skills;

- Good analytical skills in particular Excel;

- Ability to work according to planning and targets;

- Self-starter and ability to work independently - can do attitude;

- Engineering or sales background is a plus.
