As a Network Sales Representative , you will be part of Enilive SpA. In particular, the Southern Network Sales Area team works to support the commercial activities of the EniLive Stations in the designated geographical areas.
Main activities: Ensure and support the performance of all activities related to the management and development of oil sales in the sales outlets in the assigned geographical area, according to the defined policies. Provide for the detection, analysis and reporting of deviations between the objectives set and the trends of the management of the points of sale, proposing pricing and/or promotional actions necessary to achieve the objectives. Ensure constant monitoring of the area in the relevant markets. Participate in the selection process of store managers, with the support of the specialist functions at the headquarters. Follow the progress of the procedures related to the assignment of the management of the relevant sales outlets and verify the correct fulfillment, by the manager, of the obligations deriving from the contractual relationships with the company. Assist managers in the implementation of promotional initiatives, following the implementation phase and the operational and economic returns. Ensure continuous information activity regarding company sales policies and programs, as well as the related implementation methodologies. Ensure proper management of credit and loans. Required features: Master's degree, preferably in Economics; different or lower qualifications may be considered, provided that significant experience of interest for the position is demonstrated. At least 3 years of work experience. Patent B. Availability for mobility in the area of competence, with the possibility of overnight stay. Good knowledge of the English language.
