Commis Chef at Crazy Pizza As a Commis Chef at Crazy Pizza, you will be an integral part of the kitchen brigade, working closely with senior chefs to create and deliver exceptional culinary delights to our guests.

Your day to day:Support the Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, and Head Chef in the preparation and cooking of dishes Prepare ingredients, such as washing, peeling, and slicing, according to recipes and kitchen needs, ensuring that all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and ready for use.

Learn and execute basic cooking techniques, including boiling, frying, grilling, and baking, to assist in the preparation of appetizers, pizzas, salads, and desserts Keep your workstation and kitchen area clean, organized, and safe always.

Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations Assist with receiving deliveries, unpacking ingredients, and properly storing them Ensure that all kitchen equipment and tools are handled correctly, maintained properly, and cleaned after use Who are you?

Previous experience as a Commis Chef, Kitchen Assistant, or similar role is preferred, but not essential Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques, particularly within Italian or Mediterranean cuisine, is an advantage Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently, paying attention to detail in every task A strong team player with good communication skills and the ability to work well with others Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the restaurant's schedule Crazy Pizza is committed Our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion is reflected in both our hiring practices and our workplace culture.
