The opening 5-Star Resort "Salò Sì" belongs to the international group "Hirmer Hospitality" and is located in Salò on a verdant hillside overlooking the amazing Lake Garda.

This prestigious Hotel will have 99 guest rooms and suites, 2 Restaurants, 1 Pizzeria, 2 Bars, a Meeting room, 1 indoor and 2 outdoor swimming pools, an Open air Cinema and an innovative Wellness Center & SPA of 2, 000 square meters.

The Commis de Cuisine will assist the Chef de Partie and the Sous Chef, as well as other kitchen employees, in food production and cooking, and will also guarantee that all working stations are perfectly clean in compliance with HACCP and the Hotel standards, demonstrating passion for service, punctuality and team working.

**Duties and Responsibilities

- Assisting in the courses preparation processes with an efficient daily mise en place

- Responsible for cleaning of the workplaces in compliance with the sanitary and cleaning policies and regulations

- Supporting deliveries and restocking

- Synergical collaboration with the Chef de Partie and the Kitchen Apprentices guaranteeing that every course matches all the standards

- Proactivity, flexibility and openness to cooperate with the other cooking lines when necessary and required

- Punctuality, great attention to details, customer centricity, high team working skills

- Hotel School diploma with high grade

- Minimum 3 years work experience preferably at a high-level Restaurant/Hotel in the same role

- Italian and English confidence are mandatory.

A third language is preferable (especially German)

- Customer centricity, high attention to details, problem solving, punctuality, proactivity, flexibility and team working skills are a must

- Legal right to work in Italy
