Duties and Supporting Responsibilities: Fine Dining knowledge and experience for at least 1-2 yearsAssist guests courteously and efficientlySet up tables up to our standardMaintain the dining room clean at all timesEnsure that all silver and glasses are wiped and spotlessSet up tables according to hostesses communicationAnticipate guest needs, so guests will never have to ask for anythingAttend all food and beverage training classesSet and maintain the dining room environment and materials perfectly cleanRequired Skills & Experience: Work in a safe, prudent and organized mannerHave good knowledge of food and preparationHave a good knowledge of wineAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent communication and organization skillsConsistently delight and satisfy our guestsReading, writing, and oral proficiency in English and ItalianProfessional appearance and demeanor at all times
