Duties and Supporting Responsibilities: Fine dining knowledge and experience for at least 1-2 years Assist guests courteously and efficiently Set up tables to our standard Maintain the dining room clean at all times Ensure that all silver and glasses are wiped and spotless Set up tables according to hostess communication Anticipate guest needs, ensuring guests never have to ask for anything Attend all food and beverage training classes Set and maintain the dining room environment and materials perfectly clean Required Skills & Experience: Work in a safe, prudent, and organized manner Have good knowledge of food and preparation Have a good knowledge of wine Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time Excellent communication and organization skills Consistently delight and satisfy our guests Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English Language and Italian Professional appearance and demeanor at all times #J-18808-Ljbffr
