Having received significant investment, this established data centre group is in their next phase of growth and require the expertise of a Commissioning Lead. They have established partnerships with many of the well-known technology powerhouses and tailor their development to their client's requirements.

Duties:Instruct, manage, and monitor our SME commissioning agents to deliver continuous high-quality success to our projects through standardised processes and continual improvement. Development, standardisation, and management of the overall commissioning program to ensure that projects are commissioned the same way every time. Development of project tools, processes, and procedures that ensure the "perfect project" is launched every time. Manage 3rd party commissioning agents and hold them accountable for successful commissioning of the projects. Define and develop key business engagement processes that enable the leadership team to make quicker decisions. Contribute to the development of a comprehensive QA/QC program that prevents problems from occurring and identifies risks early in the project life cycle. Actively engage with all peer-level team members to develop and partner with the development of the bullet points above. Create relevant KPIs that highlight performance and quality of projects and commissioning agents. Requirements:Bachelor of Science degree in electrical, mechanical, or controls required. 4 years of experience in Data Centre commissioning required. Experience with live operations within a data centre is an added benefit. Data Centre, high-tech, or rapid growth industry experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
