MISSION

Responsible for the planning, selecting and buying the required product and make contracts negotiation with suppliers.

Support the Commodity Leader in order to reach the targets in terms of competitiveness, time to market, new project development and Supply Base growth and rationalization.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

**Sourcing

- Ensure the sourcing of new components for the assigned perimeter

- Manages the assigned perimeter gaining a deep understanding of the supply market and foster innovation input from suppliers to promote it into the organization

- Collaborates for the development of supplier list, intervening in the analysis of markets (national and international) to find more favorable supply opportunities

- Support the definition of the global commodity strategies to optimize the supply base in terms of quality, efficiency, and technology state of the art

- Support the key strategic supplier partnership and ensures that all the Procurement related risks are controlled and mitigated

- Responsible for the negotiation process with suppliers and negotiate contracts and Supply agreements in order to get the product at the best price

- Manage the relationship into a multi-functional team of specialists (e. g.

supplier quality and local procurement specialist) and communicate with sales and production manager about their requirements

**Supplier Capacity Management

- Support the key strategic supplier partnership and ensures that all the Procurement related risks are controlled and mitigated

**Supplier Price Management

- Control and supervise the price of materials and components from its suppliers

**Budgeting

- Collect the total costs for the assigned perimeter and be responsible for the assigned budget

- Monitor the implementation of purchasing strategies
