Our Client is an Italian company, part of an important Multinational Group, operating in the Construction Equipment sector.

**Posizione**:

- Lead the evaluation and selection of new suppliers, development of existing suppliers, and overall supplier management;

- Set commodity strategy in alignment with Company strategy (including R&D, Logistic, Manufacturing, Finance, etc);

- Develop competitive negotiations to implement cost reduction initiatives with the global supply base, while meeting capacity and quality requirements;

- Manage supplier contracts and long-term agreements with preferred suppliers to ensure that market trends, supplier performance, and future business needs are aligned;

- Manage supplier relationships and performance to meet company expectations and objectives;

- Draft and submits annual budget proposal for the assigned commodities;

- Update budget on a monthly basis and tracks performance against projections;

- Monitor delivery performance of suppliers, escalating if needed;

- Identify areas requiring process improvement, initiate and lead team-based effort to implement actions needed.

**Requisiti**:

- Degree in Economics or Engineering;

- At least 5 years experience in Procurement/Sourcing/Buying in automotive industry or similar;

- Experience in the category of goods related to Metallic Commodities is a plus;

- Fluent English is mandatory;

- Knowledge of MS Office;

- Planning, execution and project monitoring.
