We are looking for Communication & Marketing - CRM INTERN who can demonstrate proficiency and familiarity with technological tools (primarily Microsoft Excel, which is indispensable for conducting data analysis independently) and a strong attention to detail.

Required Educational Background: A bachelor's degree or ongoing studies.

Participation in the Erasmus program will be considered a preferential criterion.

Objectives and Internship Activities 1. Analysis for data management in CRM 1. 1 Analysis and Refinement of Activities Related to Data Entry, Verification, and Cleanup Analyze and optimize the processes for entering, verifying, and cleaning data within the CRM system, including data inserted through forms distributed across SDA websites/web applications.

1. 2 Data Validation for Legal Entities and Individuals Based on general data entry guidelines for legal entities, develop a detailed operational procedure specifying how to ensure that a new BP is not already present (in which case the existing BP must be updated), where to retrieve missing data, and how to input the data into the system.

Similarly, this process will need to be implemented for individuals as soon as the corresponding guidelines are available.

1. 3 General Data Cleanup Monitor the quality of data in CRM, focusing not only on Business Partner information but also on all related data, with a particular emphasis on activities conducted with these partners.

Data Upload and Extraction Based on the activities in the previous points, data uploads and extractions may be necessary to complete the analysis and integration of information into the database.

Proposals for these processes should be shared with the client and, upon approval, implemented on an experimental basis.

Testing and Validation Procedures and reports developed will need to be tested and validated before release for SDA user access to ensure correct behavior and functional logic.

Support for Data Analysis Activities Conduct periodic analyses of CRM data and data from other platforms, including socio-demographic analyses of SDA participants and customer satisfaction data analysis.

We offer Internship allowance of € 1, 000 gross per month , company PC and telephone, access to the SDA Bocconi training course platform.
