Communication And Events Specialist
Within Banca Generali Company, the Sales Department has the main task of coordinating and supporting sales activity of the Banca Generali Financial Advisors Network, providing support in terms of local events organization, business events planning, internal communication's activities
- Support the execution of internal communication and events strategy
- Support the organization, logistics planning and delivery of sales meeting
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and execute internal communications and events
- Create and deliver successful communications and events
- Monitoring dedicated budget, plans activities, timing and realization costs
- Drafting of powerpoint documents for periodical sales meeting
Must have:
- Degree in Economics
- 2+ years of experience in Financial Institutions
- Advanced knowledge of MS Powerpoint and Excel tools
- Proactively identifying and delivering improvements to processes
- Relational and organizational skills
- Teamwork attitude and proactive approach
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
- Results oriented with a focus on quality of delivery
- Enthusiastic, well organized and team player
- Good communication skills, written and verbal, within and outside the team
