Atlante is NHOA's new Global Business Line dedicated to build the first EV Fastcharging Network enabled by renewables, energy storage and 100% grid-integrated.
The Atlante project is the result of the partnership between NHOA - which develops and invests in the network being owner and operator - Free2Move eSolutions, in the role of supplier of charging technology, and Stellantis automotive group.
Position
We are looking for a Marketing and Communication Manager who will be Responsible for developing and executing marketing and communication strategies for Atlante, in cooperation with NHOA's Corporate Communication team.
**Duties, tasks, and responsibilities**:
- Create and maintain consistent corporate brand image/voice and portray company values
- Acts as proofreader and in some cases as copywriter for website content, presentations, brochures, newsletters etc.
- Build an editorial calendar and propose communication contents
- Responsible for all company interactions on the social media, measuring results and creating communication channels
- Creates an internal communication system and channel
- Coordinate countries needs for materials and local specifies
- Analyzing data from various sources to identify opportunities for improving marketing initiatives
- Managing all aspects of sales leads from initial point of contact to closure
- Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that involve partnerships with third parties
- Work directly with vendors, suppliers, or other business partners to develop mutually beneficial relationships that help each company grow their respective businesses
- Creating and managing campaigns designed to build brand awareness and generate sales leads
- Developing strategies to increase customer retention through upselling, cross-selling, and creating relationship plans
- Developing and implementing strategic partnerships with other companies to promote products and services
- Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities in specific industries or markets

- Degree in communication and marketing or related fields, and 8-year working experience in related field
- Fluent in English (knowledge of French and Spanish is a plus)
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent process and project management skills
- Ability to work effectively with MS Office package
- Experience with social media and digital tools
- Experience working with web content management tools is a plus

**Location**: Hybrid remote and HQ in Milan, Piazzale Lodi.
