HSPI, part of the TXT Group, is looking for a Communication and Marketing expert to establish a collaboration under a P. IVA arrangement.

The candidate will be responsible for strengthening the company's market presence.

Leveraging innovative technologies and integrated strategies, the candidate will contribute to enhancing brand identity, improving customer engagement, and increasing the visibility of our brand.

What You Will Do Market analysis and definition of corporate positioning, with a focus on innovative multichannel strategies Development and implementation of integrated communication plans, including KPI definition and performance monitoring Consolidation of brand identity in line with corporate values and communitymanagement Planning and management of corporate presence on social media and digital platforms, including the creation of editorial plans and definition of the tone of voice Design of community management initiatives to foster internal collaboration and user interaction Support in organizing corporate events and public relations activities.

Technical Requirements  We are looking for someone with:   Approximately 3 years of experience, preferably in corporate environments and the IT/consulting sector Proficiency in project management and analytical tools Experience in managing creative and innovative projects aimed at increasing engagement Knowledge of search engine optimization techniques (SEM, SEO, email marketing)   Preferred Qualifications It will be considered a plus if you:   Have worked on projects for public administrations Familiarity with HubSpot  What HSPI Offers Opportunity for long-term collaboration based on the initial results achieved The opportunity to work with a high level of autonomy and responsibility A chance to engage in an international context Direct interaction with management and the possibility of influencing strategic decisions Flexible and hybrid work arrangements.
