Communication Business Partner
Who you are
- Communication & media trends - knowledge of the latest developments, best practices and people's preferences within the communication and media field.
- Communication strategy - Knowledge of using insights to formulate communication strategies, plans and activities to meet the business and receiver needs.
- Crisis communication - Knowledge of communication to stakeholders to counteract, handle, contain or resolve emergencies and disasters.
- Public relations & stakeholder management - Knowledge of creating and maintaining goodwill and a positive brand image with various stakeholders through publicity activities.
Including knowledge of spokesperson briefing, media/event approach and communication on corporate topics such as: tax, labour, governance, financial communication, and sustainability.
- Communication standards & manuals - Knowledge of how to develop and use communication standards and manuals to follow rules, comply to standards and provide direction.
- Strong communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
- Previous experience within communication and media field.
**Responsibilities**:
- Be accountable for performance management and delivering results in the function area
- Be a communication expert, both internally and externally, within the assigned business segment and direct contact and support for communication needs and advice on effective choices within specific function group
- Be part of the RCMP Remote Customer Meeting Point Management Team, act as the communication partner in the area of the business function
- Alongside other communicators, define organizational communication needs and develop and implement a roadmap that secures the contribution of communication to drive the business outcomes in the function group
- Develop alongside other communicators and tap into wider resources, i. e.
co-worker communication, social/digital, PR, stakeholder engagement, campaigns etc.
- Explore, develop and lead communication initiatives that will position the function in its respective eco-system and contribute to driving the desired business outcomes in alignment with the business plan
- Be a coach and sparring partner the RCMP Remote Customer Meeting Point Management team
- Work across functions within Ingka Group and in good collaboration with other IKEA businesses
- Creates communications plans for all initiatives that clearly demonstrate the link between desired business outcomes and chosen communications activities
