**Join our Transcom Family as a **Communication Manager** located in MILAN!

In addition, the COM has the responsibility to lead the Italy Cluster's social media and marketing efforts in order to boost visibility and employee and client engagement.

This typically involves managing the online presence by developing a strategy, producing good content, analysing usage data, and managing projects and campaigns together with the local teams.

In general, she/he will be involved in specific activities related such as:

- Overall responsibility for creating an integrated communications strategy and plan for the cluster's internal and external communications, (includes social media, media relations, events, advertisements, supporting the communication and employer brand initiatives).

- Managing the Cluster's communication budget, making sure that the relevant tools are in place.

- Planning, managing and executing proactive and reactive communication projects to increase brand awareness and recognition.

- Developing engaging content for all channels, including social media competitions and campaigns, blog posts and articles for the website, and multimedia content such as videos, and/or outsource this effectively.

- Developing relationships with key media to secure and grow media coverage both online and offline.

- Monitoring media and social media to maximizing opportunities for positive coverage and mitigating negative.

- Evaluating and analyzing campaigns and messages to ensure consistency with global and Cluster communications.

- Coordinate HR Social Media and Internal Communication functions in the execution of social media and marketing strategies, supporting the definition and implementation of digital recruitment campaign and the promotion of the Employee Value Proposition ("EVP").

- Plan content, delivery and use tools to manage multiple social media channels.

- Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions.

- Monitor and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics.

Support the internal and external communication & employer branding initiatives.

**What we are looking for**:

- Minimum studies: University diploma or degree (Public Relations, Journalism and Social Communication, Marketing, Computer Graphics, Psychology, Sociology) or equivalent higher qualification.

- Specialized training and/or professional experience in interpersonal communication and social media/marketing principles/techniques.

- Knowledge of internal communication, modern tools and forms of communication.

- Office package: (Word/Excel/PowerPoint): High level.

- Google Apps: High level.

- Visual Graphic knowledge is an advantage.

- English C1 CEFR
