Communication Manager
On behalf of a multinational pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a COMMUNICATION MANAGER The Communication Manager is in charge of both internal and external communication.
This role demands a strategic thinker with outstanding written, verbal, and digital communication skills.
The Communication Manager will develop and implement communication strategies that effectively describe and promote the organization and its products.
Key Responsibilities: Responsible for Internal Communication creation, reviews and approvals submission Ensures that all External Communication contents, such as press releases, brochures, and other materials, are consistent and reflect the organization's strategic vision.
Communicates brand to stakeholders and KOLs Defines the internal and external communication plan Lead internal & External Communication activities plan.
This includes acting as the main contact for EU Communications department for internal communications affairs, in alignment with the Line Manager Handle with EU emailing News sent by EU Lead Social Media Content Plan for all Company social media channels, liaising with external vendors Ensure all external comms activities are aligned with all SOPs, policies and legal rules.
This include dealing with internal processes: QRFs forms & international authorizations Collaborate with product-based or corporate communication plan, liaising with Product teams or the appropriate departments Experience required: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field 3+ years of experience in the area of Communication and Public Relations Competencies required: Leadership & Behavioural Competencies for this position are: Communication skills Building and maintaining relationship Negotiations skills Positive attitude, flexibility and a proactive approach Cross functional awareness Resilience Strive for excellence Operate in compliance Emotional intelligence Accountability Decision making Functional & Technical Competencies for this position are: Communication processes/skills Good knowledge of payers networking, health system and local legislation Solid understanding of relevant therapeutic areas and marketplace Project Management English (written and oral) Technical/Office skills: MS Office, Standard office phone, Email and Outlook Place of work: Milan + smart working
