RINA is looking for a **Communication Specialist **to join the Corporate Internal Communication team based in Genoa.

**Main Tasks**:

- Cooperate in the implementation of the internal communication strategy

- Ensure a cohesive employee's engagement through the effective delivery of internal information and global internal communications

- Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums

- Storyboard or translate ideas to the creative team.

- Ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders

- Support the People Experience unit ensuring an optimal experience at every touch point in the employees' life cycle

- Work closely with the External Communication unit in order to implement the employment branding strategy, aimed to increase RINA talent attraction and retention in relation to the Human Resources and business goals

- Manage internal annual events

- Manage internal communication project (Ambassadors, Corporate Values, Charity, Contests)

**Experience and Requirements**:

- At least 5/8 years of experience in a similar role

- University Degree (Communication, Marketing and Economics degree would be a plus)

- Fluent in English (B2 level)

- Ability to write well-structured

- Excellent communication skills

- Excellent copywriting skills

- Creativity, curiosity and culture understanding

- Ability to work effectively in a constantly moving and challenging environment

- Dynamic, proactive and empathic approach
