Investment Bank based in Milan.

- advise the business partners, including the HR, Marketing and Branch Senior Management on their communications, including helping them determine the appropriate delivery channels

- develop, manage and report on the development and execution of creative activation ideas

- provide guidance on appropriate communication tools and delivery channels, offering support for projects and initiatives

- create integrated communication concepts and implement them

- design and organize internal events for supporting employees engagement

- liaise with colleagues around the world for local adaptation of central projects

**Competenze ed esperienza**:

- ideally 4-5 years of experience in internal communications

- interest in employee engagement, finance sector, investment products and economic research

- able to run communications projects independently, keeping close contact with business partners

- excellent communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a simple comprehensive way

- solution-orientated and accustomed to tight deadlines

- flair for writing with a keen eye for detail

- fluent in Italian and sound command of English
