We are currently seeking a Communication Specialist , reporting directly to the Communication Manager to join our Communication & Marketing team based in Rome, Italy. About the Job The new resource develops and implements coordinated marketing or communications plans and materials for the effective delivery of information and corporate communications at the Regional level. Internally interfaces with: Heads of Departments, Business Development team, Creative Services, Communications network. Externally interfaces with: Press, Clients, Vendors, Partners. About You We'd love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements: Qualifications: Degree in Communication or similar Between 3 to 5 years of experience in the related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across different departments in a multicultural environment. Team spirit and goal-oriented approach. Familiar with Internet, LinkedIn, and social media. Availability to travel. Main Responsibilities: Coordinates marketing and communications activities at a regional level Organizes internal events at a Regional level Coordinates external events at local/regional level Rolls out global related programs across the Entities/Region and communicates specific requirements customizing them as necessary Contributes to coordination of entities and business units within the Region/entity, organizing briefings and meetings as necessary Creates and maintains Regional communications media in line with corporate guidelines Promotes communication guidelines for all employees to use Reviews and edits all communications written by company executives Creates marketing and communications content and executes programs in line with corporate guidelines Supports management by providing advice on a range of internal and external communication issues Liaises and answers inquiries from media, individuals, and other organizations Benchmarks and analyzes media coverage, monitors company online communities and presence Measures and presents results of communications efforts What's Next?
