Post graduate in Mass Communications or an equivalent /B. E. IT/Computer degree.

4 to 5 years' hands-on experience in developing and
implementing communications projects preferably with non-profit sector or with reputed communications/media agency

JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for the content creation and execution of the varied organizational initiatives
for internal and external communications.
Create and execute communication strategies
to aid resource mobilization of the organization.
Support to increase the outreach and
brand awareness of the organisation, and harness the power of the electronic, print media,
events or other mediums in leveraging the brand outreach for promoting a child-friendly
ecosystem in the country, help in advocacy, delivery of better service to the stakeholders.

Provide content and facilitate fundraising through digitalplatforms for achieving the online fundraising targets

Coordinate with the Programs Team to ensure effective alignment between CIF's Program work, brand building, marketing, and communications interventions
?
Measure and report on key metrics of communication targets.
SECONDARY Travel to locations for AV shoots, meetings, content sourcing

V. COMPETENCIES/SKILLS

Experience and knowledge in content writing, copywriting, proofreading and editing

Hands-on experience of communications content creation, including websites, blogs, social media accounts, newsletters and reports

Photo and video-editing skills
?
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
?
Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
