RDM Group is looking for a** Communication Specialist** to join the **Corporate Communication team** based in Milan.

Reporting to the **Corporate Communication Manager**, the resource will be involved in the management of all communication activities to both internal and external stakeholders of the Group.

He/she will also manage **online/offline communication tools** (_website, newsletter, Linkedin, YouTube, brochures, printed forms _) as well as being the reference for the organization of Group's events and initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that communication is implemented in accordance with the **corporate brand image**;

- Develop and deliver ad-hoc communication plans to different needs;

- Updating and monitoring **website, corporate Intranet, RDM Group LinkedIn page, data sheets and certificates, newsletters, press reviews, implementation of internal/external communication campaigns**;

- Media relations with national and international press for interviews and editorials;

- Collaborate with corporate partners in the area of communication;

- Support the organization and coordination of activities and **events**, as well as the development of **communication tools**;

- Propose innovative solutions to corporate stakeholders to generate value;

- Support and collaborate with different business functions to create documents, presentations, graphic solutions consistent with **RDM Group's communication style**;

- Involvement in **Group Employer Branding** initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in communications and/or prior experience in PR/communication;

- **Approximately 5 years of experience gained preferably in a B2B company**;

- **Fluency in English is essential**; one Group's language (Spanish, German, French, Dutch) will be considered a plus;

- **Ability to write effective and clear content for both online and offline tools**;

- Professional knowledge of the main **IT, multimedia and social tools**;

- **A proactive approach, strong interpersonal skills, flexibility and team spirit is considered a prerequisite**;

- Willingness to travel to the Group's paper mills.
