**Job title: Communications & Events Intern
In this position, you will contribute to build the reputation of a company that helps to improve the lives of millions.
As part of IIG (Italy, Israel and Greece) Marketing team, you will play an active role in corporate and b2b communications, both at external and internal level, and in the making of our events.
**Your role**:
- You will be at the frontline when implementing initiatives to strengthen Philips reputation vs the media, our customers and stakeholders.
This includes: support to build and deliver internal and external communications, both in terms of PR and special projects with editorial groups; creation and maintenance of LinkedIn editorial calendar and Social Daily program; support to CSR, sustainability and I&D initiatives; support to event management (mainly b2b congresses and symposia) to ensure brand consistency and full compliance (e. g.
transparency platform).
- You will be part of IIG Marketing team, reporting to directly to Marketing Leader.
Constantly connected with local business and sales teams, with peers at European level and with international center of excellence (e. g.
events, digital marketing, marketing excellence. . )
- You will have the chance to learn and experiment communications from different angles, with a strong connection with the business.
You will play within a diverse and international environment, with hybrid working included.
- It's a six-months, remunerated internship that we would like to start as soon as possible.
**You're the right fit if**:
1.
Experience: a previous experience in a similar role/internship/university project will be considered a plus.
2.
Skills: Strong communications skills with the ability to write and speak effectively in English and Italian.
Digital savy: (SEO, SEA, Social media, CMS, Salesforce).
Knowledge of PR fundamentals.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (excel is a must).
Project management and analytical skills.
3.
Education: Bachelor or Master degree in Communications and/or Marketing.
4.
Other: Curious mindset, positive and proactive approach.
Team player with the ability to work autonomously.
Passionate to contribute with innovative ideas and cooperate with the different level of the organization
