The goals for the coming years are ambitious, which is why we are looking to strengthen our team in Bolzano with a motivated Communications & Marketing Manager (m/f/d).

Your mission: Develop and implement communication strategies: You create and manage campaigns that strengthen our brand and excite our customers.

Content creation: You support the team in creating target-oriented content – from texts, visual materials and videos to creative social media posts.

Social Media & Community Management: You manage and develop our social channels with us, actively engage with the community and increase our engagement.

Participation in digital campaigns: You creatively and purposefully support the planning and implementation of digital campaigns, such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Marketing project management: From idea to execution – you coordinate our marketing activities across digital, social media, PR, and events.

Internal and external communication: You ensure that our messages are clear and convincing across all channels – in German, Italian, and English.

Company growth development: Your ideas are welcome!

You are ready to actively contribute to SkyAlps and help write our success story.

Your profile: Degree in a relevant field such as communication, marketing, media studies or related areas.

Proven experience: You have at least two years of professional experience in a similar role in communication, marketing or PR.

Linguistic talent: You are fluent in German, Italian and English, and you express yourself confidently in all three languages.

Proactive and autonomous: You enjoy working independently, actively propose ideas and stay calm even in hectic situations.

Team player: You are a motivated person who loves working in a dynamic team, communicates openly and leverages your skills to achieve common goals.

Motivation and enthusiasm: You are eager to quickly take on responsibilities in a growing company and reach new milestones together.

Excellent command of Microsoft Office programs; knowledge of graphic design software is a plus.
