**WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR**:

We're actively seeking an open minded, detail-oriented, hands-on, DIY, positive spirit who has a passion for organizing and coordinating on

- and offline events, social media and newsletter communications, startup community and ecosystem building and conducting marketing materials.

Our new operational star will thrive through handling multiple tasks simultaneously with exceptional time management in a dynamic environment.

**Your Profile**:

- 2-3 years of professional work experience in a marketing, communications, or an events role

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications and Events or related field

- Strong MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and/or Apple Keynote skills

- Strong passion and understanding of professional social media and newsletter marketing

- Ability to communicate in different styles and formats such as longform texts, social media posts

- Excellent communication skills in Italian and English

- Ability to prioritize tasks

- Highly motivated work style, structured, careful, trustworthy, and independent approach to work

- Organizational talent with analytical capabilities and quick learning ability and an excitement about event preparation and execution

- Strong people skills, client facing and service orientated with positive mindset and supportive attitude

- A strong passion for building networks and community and communicating our strong presence externally with Press contacts and coverage

- In addition, you have a high degree of initiative, resilience and sense of responsibility and your absolute reliability, discretion and loyalty distinguish you

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Prepare marketing documents for major startup and corporate events such as: flyers, brochures, web presence, slide decks, design templates

- Lead and support event planning and execution for selected onsite and virtual events and workshops.

This includes for example the setup of a virtual event platform, coordination of external stakeholders, eg.

technical event support, catering, print agencies, speakers

- Continuously implement a social media strategy for the verticals at Plug and Play Italy using relevant platforms (Linkedin, Twitter) to enlarge our community by sharing industry trends, portfolio updates and program startup and corporate news

- Conduct startup success stories creation & development of case studies

- Be the lead for all PR topics and increase the visibility of the Italian platforms with press contacts, coverage and outreach

- Engage our Coworking startup community regularly by hosting community meetings, sharing relevant events and news, being their point of contact and connecting them to the Plug and Play global ecosystem and culture
