ABOUT THE ROLE AND THE TEAM

We are looking for a **Community & Event Specialist Intern **willing to join our team dedicated to Open, the first DoveVivo Community Hub.

With passion for human connections, communication, consumer engagement, digital platforms and a motivation to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, you will contribute to the launch and growth of key projects.

You will be involved in supporting the Open Community & Event Manager in the following activities:

- **Front-office activities**: greeting customers, selling services and helping customers during their experience in Open (coworkers, professionals and DoveVivo community members);

- **Organizing, planning and managing events**;

- Drafting a pre and post-event* communication plan*;

- Drafting suitable **contents for digital and offline touchpoints** (newsletters, blogs, brochures etc.

);

- **Drafting the editorial plan** and **managing our social profiles**: analysis and evaluation of the community's impact (reviews, customer experience, etc.

);

- **Community analysis and audit** to provide actions and advices to maximize customer engagement.

- **Be an Ambassador** of our mission, vision and culture

REQUIREMENTS

- University degree, preferably in Communications, Marketing or Advertising;

- Fluency in English (written and spoken); any additional languages are a plus;

- Digital savviness;

- Great communication, interpersonal skills & ability to establish relationship with the public audience;

- A doer: well organized, proactive, responsible and very attentive to details;

- Proactivity and a strong spirit of initiative

- Great energy and eagerness to learn
