Job Description:

Havas Media is looking for a talented Community & Social media manager to join our team in Milan

The SM manager will be responsible for managing social media accounts and communities.

Key Responsibilities- Managing local communities- Managing social listening tools: Social Bakers & Brandwatch (set up and monitoring)- Extracting Insights from the community and the campaigns together with Social Insights profiles- Provide inputs on the content- Working closely with Client local marketingTeam

Desired Experience & Skills- Post-secondary education - University graduate and/or advertising/marketing degree preferred- Minimum of 1/2 years' proven experience in social media strategy and community management- Proven in-depth knowledge of the digital media industry and social media trends- Previous experience working within an advertising agency or with a marketing team- Italian Native Speaker and fluent in English- Based in Milan- Excellent communication skills- Analytical and multitasking skills- Client service oriented- Team working oriented- Proactive approach to problem solving
