COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT MANAGER MICO Key Activities and Responsibilities: Executing the MiCo community strategy focused on:Host Education strategy and execution:Monthly webinarsMonthly email campaignsToday tab & push notificationsHost clubs toolkitHost Engagement:Airbnb meetups and host meetupsOlympic Torch Relay with hosts as torchbearersTorch relay meetupsTicket gamificationHost spotlightContest selection and ceremoniesCreation and management of a dedicated MiCo communityRequirements: Passionate about community building and managementMaster's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (communication science/economics/tourism)6+ years experience in community, event, or project managementExcellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbalGrowth and analytical mindset; entrepreneurial, resourceful, and goal-drivenStrong empathy for our community; good listener, patient, approachable, flexible, and effective in communicationsFast learner and problem solverComfortable with Excel, Google Docs, and social media platforms/tools (e. g. , Facebook, Grytics, Sprinklr)Previous knowledge of Splash, Zoom webinars, and Salesforce CRM is a plusItalian native speakerFluent in EnglishBased in MilanWilling to travel to meet hosts in person if requiredSalary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary, the opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment, with a team of goal-oriented colleagues.
