COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT MANAGER MICO Key Activities and Responsibilities: Executing our MiCo community strategy, which will focus on:Host Education strategy and execution:Monthly webinarsMonthly email campaignsToday tab & push notificationHost clubs toolkitHost Engagement:Airbnb meetups and host meetupsOlympic Torch Relay:Hosts as torchbearersTorch relay meetupsTicket gamificationHost spotlightContestSelection ceremoniesCreation and management of a dedicated MiCo communityRequirements: Passionate about Community building and managementMaster's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (communication science/economics/tourism)6+ years experience in community, event, or project managementExcellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbalHas a growth and analytical mindset.
