**ABOUT THE ROLE

**JOB TITLE**:Community Management Assistant

**LOCATION: Milan

**TYPE OF CONTRACT: Fixed term (1 year)

**SALARY RANGE: Up to €25000 + Bonus

**What you'll do**:

- You'll be one of the voices of WeRoad on our social channels which is a great power - with great power comes great responsibility!

- You'll be in charge of the newsletters - copywriting and graphic design will be your daily companions;

- You'll create amazing contents (graphics, reels, copies) for our Facebook group and Telegram Channels - creativity and new ideas are more than welcome;

- You'll interact with our WeRoaders on Facebook, Instagram and Telegram comments and DMs being one of the guarantors of our tone of voice keeping sales goals always in mind;

- You'll help the community management coordinator in marking market analysis as well as performance reports;

- You'll help the community management coordinator in keeping the website updated with new itineraries, information and projects.

**What we're looking for**:

- You are creative and always looking for inspirations and new ideas;

- You have previous experience in working with Mailchimp (must), Canva (must), Illustrator (nice to have) and social medias (Facebook, Instagram and/or Telegram);

- You are a people person and comfortable in interacting with the community both in private DMs, and in public comments and posting videos of yourself telling WeRoad's insights;

- You are native to Italy or speak the Italian language at a mother-tongue level and have lived experience of the Italian culture and ways of communicating;

- You fluently speak English - German, French or Spanish are nice pluses;

- You are sociable and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment;

- You love traveling, learning and meeting new people - i. e.

you have the WeRoad spirit!

- You are thrilled by the prospect of working full time in the office - the community also in the office team is fundamental to us!
