Community Manager
Scope and purpose**:
Framework Digital Banks office within the Group's Innovation Department plays a central role in supporting and providing solid frameworks that supports divisions in their innovation challenges and digital strategy, by connecting the dots, providing market insights, feasibility studies, producing out-of-the-box ideas, grasp opportunities, planning and enable implementations.
Our main mission is to unlock innovation stimulation, progressive growth, building sustainable ecosystem of Fintechs, and foremost to make an impact that matters for our clients, our people and society.
You will be involved in the following activities:
- Build our innersource community strategy from the ground up, collaborating across the teams to ensure well organized, structured community
- Create and make sure event calendars are in place along with key supporting assets
- Set, plan and implement content campaigns/editorial plan within the community.
Also produce engaging content to educate and inspire the community
- Implement growth strategies/initiatives for the community
- Coordinate with innovation and tech departments on community development
- Respond to community members in a timely manner
- Set an engaging governance model and ensure operations
- Ensure the community is acting and growing following the community's guidelines
- Ensure that community sentiment is being well heard and understood across the teams
- Monitor, track and report on the community development
- Continually assess best practice communities, identifying new ideas and tactics relevant to our people
- Co-ordinate with publishing teams to knowledge share on best practice
**Required Experience**:
- Proven work experience as a community manager or similar role in tech communities
- Experience planning and leading community initiatives
**Required skills, qualifications and knowledge**:
- Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
- Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
- Tech background is a plus
- Financial sector experience is a plus
- Fluency in Italian and English Language
