COMMUNITY SPECIALIST INTERNSHIP

An exciting opportunity has arisen to contribute to the Brand & IOT team at Haier Europe.

Main activities

The resource will be in charge of managing the moderation and interaction with users on all main Italian ecommerce channels (f. ex.

Amazon) and for the three international brands Haier, Candy & Hoover according to each brandsguidelines, tone of voice and positioning.

The moderation will be focused on users questions and reviews about products.

The resource will also support the creation of an international knowledge base according to the know-how developed through the moderation

Who we are looking for

Communication/ Marketing/ Digital marketing degree;Fluent in English;Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

We offer a six month internship.
