About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and sport addict

**Community User Insights Intern** who will be the primary brand ambassador for Technogym.

He/she is responsible for interacting, educating, addressing and resolving requests from the Technogym's digital products and services users.

Analyses and represents the voice of users internally with the goal of continuously improving the Technogym experience and loyalty in the brand.

Responsibilities

- Represents Technogym products and brand as an expert ambassador;

- Establishes an empathetic relationship with the user, assists and educates the user on acquired product knowledge;

- Collects, records and classifies user interactions on company CRMs;

- Analyses and benchmarks user experience;

- Reports results to project leadership;

- Updates the narrative of each digital product per touchpoint (Technogym App, Live, Mywellness, Format);

- Adheres to privacy regulations and guidelines;

- Has an excellent command of written and spoken Italian and English and can communicate in at least one other language between Spanish, French and German;

- Provides support to other departments;

- Locates and defines new process improvement opportunities

Requirements

- Master's degree in Engineering/Communication/Marketing/Service Design/Management/Economics/LiteratureStrong knowledge and passion for the fitness training activity

- Strong relation to feedback management and community management

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.

- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

- Fluency in English Language
