Start date: 9 Feb 2025 Contract length: 12 months + long term preferred Pay: $35 per hour plus super A professional family in Como, WA are seeking an experienced and kind nanny to assist in the care of their 2 boys (Aged 6 and 8 years).

The normal days are: 4 days per week - 18 hours per week Mon, Thurs, Fri (Split shift 7am – 9am and 3pm - 6pm) Wed 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm An ideal nanny would be kind, patient, and resilient.

A nanny that is also friendly, happy, and interested in actively engaging in indoor and outdoor activities with the children and being a positive role model.

A nanny who is able to manage and support children's behaviour, especially on days when the youngest is having trouble regulating emotions.

The family is looking for someone who is organised, trustworthy, responsible, and reliable, and is able to follow the children's routines.

The carer's responsibilities for this role will be as follows: To care for the children Follow the children's routine Drop off/pick up from school Homework assistance Play and engage with the children in the mornings and afternoons Light household duties, i. e. , general tidying up after meals or activities Preparation of snacks and some assistance with simple dinner preparation if circumstances allow The family's expectations from their nanny are: 3+ years of experience as a nanny or working in childcare Experience with ADHD would be ideal but not necessary Have a current first aid certificate (or be willing to obtain one) Have a current Working With Children's Check Display strong communication skills and speak English Non-smoking Full driver's license, clean driving record, and own car (kms and petrol to be reimbursed) #J-18808-Ljbffr
