Job Title: Company Secretary
Location: Central Milan - **onsite job 5 days a week
Contract: Full-Time & Permanent
**Salary**: Competitive; Depending on experience.
Our client is an established broker based in central Milan. The team is looking for a **company secretary**, with some experience in administration and an interest in their industry.
It is essential you can work in a fast-paced environment, and in a role where priorities often change.
**Key Duties**:
- Oversee the general operations and facilities of the Milan office
- Management and maintenance of office systems
- Basic bookkeeping e. g. invoices / expenses notes
- Proactive and ongoing communication with all suppliers, providing updates and support
- Organise office equipment and supplies
- Basic HR duties - managing / updating holidays and absences of employees through the company's software
- Organising company's events
- Managing all trips and bookings, liaising with travel agencies
**Key skills required**:
- **Fluency in English** - written and oral - this is a must.
- Strong coordination and organisational skills - you will support the team at 360°; the role offers lots of variety.
- Basic bookkeeping experience and numeracy skills e. g. invoicing, input data
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Power Point and Excel)
- Ability to work with a team, with a hands-on approach
- Motivated and self-starter with initiative
- Outstanding verbal and interpersonal skills
- Experienced in managing a varied and changing workload
- Proven experience of multi-tasking administrative projects through to completion
You will closely work with the financial team and report to the CFO.
