Offer DescriptionTeaching commitments: The professor is expected to carry out didactic activities and integrative teaching, as well as provide assistance to students related to the Scientific Disciplinary Sector specified by the University of Molise, with specific reference to the degree courses in Food Science and Technology (L26 and LM 70) and the PhD course in Agri-food Production Sciences (DOT22SFTY2).

Scientific commitments: The professor is expected to perform and promote research activities in the Scientific Disciplinary Sector CHEM-02/A, in conjunction with the Department of Agricultural, Environment and Food Sciences, with particular reference to the interpretation and prediction concerning the behaviour of complex systems, such as functional materials related to food technology and food products.
