Comp&Ben & Reporting Specialist
MISSION
In charge of implementing a solid and coherent compensation and incentive system to guarantee equity within the company, as well as towards the market.
Implement and guarantee a qualitative and innovative welfare strategy that offers rewarding and engaging services to employees through caring activities.
Integrate the incentive and welfare strategy to enhance Sephora's attractiveness for new hires and loyalty for the employees.
In charge of all HR reporting and data analysis in support the HRD strategy, as well as the other departments' people management analytical activities.
Strongly cooperates with the Employees Experience department to provide the employees the most engaging and motivating rewarding experience during their lifecycle.
**KEY RESPONSABILITIES
- In charge of both Head-Office and Retail population on all task described
- Design of economic proposal to HQ and Retail employees: new hires, promotions, job rotation, etc.
- Management of the company Salary review Campaign (ICR) and incentive plan annual process
- Benchmark analysis about external market and related salary positioning
- Management and monitoring of company performance evaluation processes, such as PCR, ICR and OMR, by providing a solid balance between LVMH requirements and keeping a high market competitiveness
- Implementation of all incentive system plans (Retail and Head-Office)
- Design and implementation of SephoraForYou projects (people caring, work-life balance and company benefits)
- Supervision of welfare services and improvement over time following Employees' needs
- Guarantee of LVMH welfare global plans and monitoring their local implementation
- Coordination of reports activities in direct collaboration with Payroll team
- Management of all sorts pf reporting: annual and monthly reports, employees' dashboards for Sephora Global and annual report for LVMH about employee's life cycles, HR KPIs and all information related to Sephora's population
- Local reports for Area Manager, Controlling team and HR Department
- Guarantee of data quality in all HR Informatics systems
**PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
- Great knowledge of Compensation & Benefit
- Solid experience in reporting and data analytics
- Experience in retail is a plus
- English is a must
