Compensation Analyst
Maire S. p. A. is a leading an industrial group present in about 50 countries with around 50 operational companies.
It is an international leader in the transformation of natural resources, specializing in downstream oil & gas engineering with technological and executive expertise.
The company is also active in the field of green chemistry and technologies supporting the energy transition.
Currently, Maire S. p. A. is looking for a Compensation Analyst to support the Group Compensation Coordinator in defining strategic and operational guidelines for all the companies in the group.
Key Activities and Responsibilities: Support in defining strategic guidelines and actions regarding Compensation and Incentive Policy and initiatives for the Group's Top Management; Carry out analysis activities regarding the Remuneration and Incentive Policy for all Group Companies ensuring the uniformity of the processes; Manage the incentive process for all Group companies in collaboration with the local HR Department; Support in the management of long term incentive plans, also equity based, e. g.
Share Ownership Plans; Support in the preparation of the annual "Report on Remuneration Policy and fees paid", and in the preparation of the documentation for the Remuneration Committee's meetings.
Personal Attributes: 2/3 years of experience performed in similar roles and context; Previous experience in consultancy firms could be considered a plus Flexible and open minded; Strong communication skills; Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills; Fluent in English; Good command of Microsoft Office.
