Compensation & Benefits Analyst
Job PurposeThe Compensation and Benefits Global Analyst is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, administration and management of global compensation and benefits programs. This role ensures competitive and equitable pay structures, aligning with business strategies and market trends. Key Responsibilities-Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation and benefits. -Prepare annual reports such as the company remuneration report. -Assist in the development and implementation of global compensation and benefits programs. -Collaborate with HR and business leaders on compensation-related matters. -Take active part in job architecture/catalogue initiative and play pivotal role in the maintaining job architecture governance and pay structures. -Participate in compensation surveys and analyze survey results. -Provide support during annual compensation review processes. Required EducationBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Required Skills and Experience- 2+ years of experience in compensation and benefits analysis, preferably in a global context. - Strong analytical and data management skills. - Experience with market pricing and job evaluation methodologies. - Proficiency in HRIS and compensation analysis tools. - Knowledge of international compensation and benefits practices. - Advanced proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools. Technical Competencies-Proficient in HRIS systems, preferably SAP Success Factors- Familiarity with job architecture frameworks and job classification systems. - Excellent reporting and data visualization skills. Required Behaviours and CompetenciesStrong attention to detail and accuracy. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team environment. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. - Proactive and results-oriented mindset. Required LanguagesExcellent communication skills in English. Italian is a plus. Travel required in %Some travel may be required.
