Company Description SICIM is a Construction Company established in 1962 and offering all types of services related to the installation of pipelines and relevant ancillary facilities for the transmission and distribution of oil, gas and water on an international basis.

Position Sicim is looking for a Completion Lead Engineer for a Lukoil project in West Qurna 2, Iraq and in specific EPC for Gas Utilization.

The Completions Lead Engineer reports to the Project Commissioning Manager and executes the integrated systems completions / start-up program between the construction and operations phases.

The individual manages effective execution systems completions / acceptance tasks and identifications / mitigation of "look ahead" activities critical to ensuring an orderly integration of producing facilities.

This person will provide guidance, training and oversight regarding systems completions to the Commissioning & Start-Up Organization.

Responsible for the setup and configuration of the Completions Management System for project requirements Update system demarcation as required by engineering and operational changes Responsible for data population from source design engineering data Responsible for Tag Type association Develop and monitor systems completions database of engineering parameters, check sheets, and verification criteria.

Oversee management of change process and post design freeze; management and control of all project verification activities; verifying and issuing certification for mechanical completion, pre commissioning, and commissioning through to the handover to the client Issue progress and status reports to management on a pre-determined basis Ensure relevant completions procedures are implemented, and followed Responsible for Mechanical Completions handovers from construction through to Commissioning Start-Up and ultimately, Client operations.

Responsible for populating and updating Mechanical Completion System Dossiers Responsible for populating and updating System Commissioning Dossiers Assist with preparation of Completions Handover documentation CMS training of other employees Implementation and coordination of a preservation management system Punchlist input & closeout management Requirements: Significant completion and commissioning experience (minimum 10 years) Preferred to have advanced technical and proprietary expertise in various work methods and processes Demonstrable experience of Completion Management Systems & data requirements Strong understanding of Microsoft software Strong understanding of pre-commissioning, inspections and test activities Superior written English and oral communication skills Other information Work Location: Iraq APPLY HERE #J-18808-Ljbffr
