We are looking for a brilliant and self motivated professional to join the Market Compliance Officer - Regulatory Advisory Team in Italy.
**How will you make an impact in this role?
As part of the Compliance Team, you will:
Support the Team in the assessment and implementation of requirements based on national and international regulations, internal programs and policies, standards and procedures, for mainly Consumer Protection, Transparency, Consumer Credit, Payment Services, Usury;
Recommend the Business on compliance-related matters as well as on the regulatory implications of new and existing products, services and processes;
Support the Business in the definition and management of priorities, initiatives and campaigns;
Support the review of marketing materials and provide a continuing overview of the fairness of business practices;
Assist other functions in the development of the risk assessment related to relevant laws, regulations, standards and policies;
Develop and maintain a understanding of relevant legal and regulatory areas.
**Minimum Qualifications
- University degree from primary Institution in Law or Economics;
- At least 2-3 years of post-lauream working experience in Consumer Protection and Payment Services fields;
- Strong professional presence and excellent interpersonal skills;
- Excellent organizational and planning skills;
- Self-motivated and positive thinker, creative and team-player;
- Able to handle with multiple projects simultaneously and ensure constant project monitoring and execution;
- Strong communication/influence skills and ability to build relationships across teams;
- Motivation to grow and specialize as a Compliance Professional;
- Excellent knowledge of English and Italian language is required.
**Preferred Qualifications
- Private practice as a lawyer and admission to Italian Bar is a plus;
- Prior experience within Public Authority, governing the Consumer Protection sector, as well as prior knowledge of Payment Institution business model and related Compliance would be a plus.
