You will be based in Porcia, our site nearby Pordenone city.

Porcia is the biggest Electrolux site in Italy, dedicated to our Product Line Care.

Here we develop Washing Machine, Dish Washer and Tumble Dryer for our consumers worldwide.

The Compliance Laboratory Expert is in charge to be the reference from technical point of view inside the Compliance Laboratory.

You will connect from technical point of view the cooperation between compliance laboratory and other Electrolux or external group.

**Tasks**:

- To support the connection between working groups and Electrolux from technical point of view

- To manage the technical implementation of standard update or new standard (new instrument, procedures development. . . )

- To be the technical reference of safety standards inside the Compliance Laboratory

- To train the new technicians on IEC and UL standards

- To evaluate the requests in order to plan activities in collaboration with Project Management Office

- To support Risk assessment and technician for new technologies

- To perform or support the technician that perform some critical test related to Risk assessment of new technologies

- To support the technicians during the test plan definition

- To check the test reports made by technicians before final approval

- To check the technical procedures and test manuals and sign as revisor before CLab manager approval

- To represent Compliance Laboratory during revision of Component Supplier Specifications

**Qualifications**:

- Electrical / electronic degree, technical engineer or relevant experience (minimum experience 10 years);

- Electrical/Electronic component knowledge ( motors, pumps, electronics boards, sensors);

- Knowledge of laboratory equipment, data acquisitions system, testing procedures and evaluations of results;

- Very good knowledge of international standards (IEC 60335, IEC 60730 );

- Fabric and Dish Care product knowledge;

- Good experience working with electric / electronic systems available for laboratory purpose;

- Open-minded;

- Practical problem solving skills;

- Team oriented;

- Ability to work within a matrix organization;

- Project planning competence;

- Good communication skills;

- Creative & Proactive;

- Willing to travel.
