That's our promise to such a candidate. A few examples of your responsibilitiesDraft, implement, review, and optimize, with the support of colleagues and advisors, all of our internal policies to lower the risk of any legal breach by our company or a team member.

If there's a compliance breach, be the first responder. Ensure an effective risk assessment and management process.

Identify potential risks, assess their likelihood and impact, develop customized mitigation plans, and track mitigation effectiveness. Draft and lead a SOX compliance program, overseeing internal control evaluations and testing to ensure adherence to regulations. Provide regular updates to senior management highlighting the effectiveness of the compliance program, risks, and trends. Train fellow Spooners on compliance-related topics. Typically, we offer an individual at the start of their career a salary of €52, 246.

If they possess a few years of relevant experience, the salary on offer tends to be between €63, 965 and €143, 330.
