Posizione The Compliance Specialist will join our Logistics and Compliance department, supporting the Compliance team in verifying product compliance and assigning necessary information for import and export activities, contributing to the monitoring of the entire process.

Responsabilità del lavoro Learn the HS Code (Harmonized System Code) assignment methodology, monitor these Codes, and support the Logistics team in their assignment and in customs reclassification. Monitor testing activities and manage the progress of related files. Verify, manage, and archive documentation received from chemical laboratories, specifically test reports regarding raw material compliance. Liaise with customs authorities to manage any logistical issues. Data entry into ProJ and SAP systems. Profilo Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Law. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of ProJ and SAP systems is a plus. Previous experience in Compliance will be positively evaluated.
